Schwingen, also known as Swiss wrestling is the national sport of Switzerland.
The Schwingfest is a huge event/festival that happens every 3 years. People come from all over the country come to the event so it is always very well attended. The goal of the sport is to pin both of your opponent's shoulders to the ground within 30 minutes... it's a lot harder than it sounds. The wrestlers wear Schwingerhosen (the diaper looking thing) with belts that are used for grip to swing & pin their opponent's shoulders to the ground. I took some of these picture through a pair of binoculars to get a close up. It was entertaining to say the least.
